The 152 maintains a 19.4 mm saw spacing, maximizing the preservation of the original cotton fiber quality during processing. The processed lint has good color and low short fiber content, making it particularly suitable for processing machine-harvested cotton and seed cotton. The machine features automatic feeding, automatic gin opening and closing, and automatic fault detection, ensuring safe and reliable operation. It is an ideal cotton processing equipment for cotton ginning plants and cotton seed processing plants. The 173 cotton gin further improves upon the 152 model by increasing single-machine output.
