● This machine abandons the old-fashioned cotton ginning machine's gripping and hooking method for cotton fibers, adopting a free hooking method. This method does not damage the length and strength of cotton fibers during cleaning, resulting in a low short fiber content and high quality. The airflow brush method achieves complete non-damaging cleaning of cotton fibers, eliminating cotton knots, tangles, and three-fibers produced by brushing. 

● The high speed of the licker-in roller and the toothed hooking method result in more thorough combing of the cotton layer, more complete separation of impurities and fibers, excellent cleaning effect, and high production efficiency. 

● It has a self-control protection function. When the lint in the dust cage becomes clogged, the lint pad pushes the roller outward. When it reaches the sensor's set range, the sensor sends a signal, and the automatic control system automatically opens the ginning machine's working box, stopping ginning. Simultaneously, the motor of the cotton ginning machine is powered off, protecting the internal components of the machine.
