Product Introduction

The JMZ-W3600V15-A type seed cotton foreign fiber remover is specially designed for spacious cotton ginning lines. It is installed in the subsequent process of the seed cotton opening machine (as shown in the figure on the right).

At this critical point, the fully loosened cotton fiber clusters in this area completely expand, and the foreign fibers previously enclosed within them are fully exposed, creating ideal conditions for optical detection systems and enabling efficient satisfaction of the requirements of large-scale cotton ginning processing.
